As a Holistic Psychotherapist, I encourage and support all client’s needs making the connection between mind, body and soul. Identifying areas that may be malnourished due to nutritional deficiencies, spiritual deficiencies or oppressed emotional needs. 


Over the past several years, I have found that identifying small consistent solutions and helping clients implement small doable action based behaviors can help alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression and more importantly create more clarity to tackle the emotions and mental setbacks or trauma that has been the root issue. Regulating stress in a physical state and emotional state could be broken down to systematic behaviors. What you are doing today, what are you eating today, what can you do to help regulate the stress in your life today; has resonated with a lot of clients to bring comfort and shine light on other personal relationships and areas needing more attention to bring total healing.
